sitting with Christmas lights on the trees enjoying the beauty and peaceful feeling I get from

6943 Monday ~~for this day !! for this day off work means I have a job, thankful for the job, for the warm sunny day that I so have enjoyed walking at the park, for mowing and mulching leaves, Tuesday ~~For this day !!! another day to enjoy off, for vegtables so yummy , for a warm place to exercise . for the first snow of the year that only lasted about a hour, for my sister Gay's birhtday blessed with a super sister . Wednesday ~~For this day !!! sunshine on the colds day so far = without the cold I wouldnt knwo to be thankful for thw warm days Thursday ~~For this day !!! for God's amazing love, grace, and forgiveness daily Friday ~~For this day !! for the nights rest, exercise at South F. Friday. Saturday. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday , Thurdsday , Friday Saturday and Sunday ~~For this day!! and all the days passed that I have not recorded here , blessed to go to Grace Creation this morning and was asked to give a testimony ...Thank you Lord that you took this girl that could never speak in crowds and allowed me to stand for you and tell of your sweet HOLY SPIRIT !!! I have failed these pass few weeek to daily come to blogger and record my thankfulness , however I am truly thankful for each day that has been given to me as its a gift from GOD and how blessed I am with everything ......

Treadmill

The treadmill and me

I love to walk and have walked all spring, summer and fall except on yucky rain or recent cold days. So I thought I would join a exercise place for the winter to help me stay on track. As much as I love to walk its been so hard for this outdoorsy gal to stay on the treadmill for 30 minutes, just maybe I can work up to a hour of treadmill ..until next time happy treadmill walking for those that can stay on it longer my hats off to you !

6942   Monday ~~For this day !!! Chuck getting a good report from the urologist, safety to the doctors and back home, for Starbucks pumpkin latte, fresh apples from the apple place, Lisa getting her job !!
Tuesday ~~For this day !!! for exercise this am. and then walking the track at noon what a beautiful sunny day , for seeing the little smiling face laying on the track which made me smile and for the broken limbs that make me think that we can come to GOD broken, the sunset I just saw as I went out for a minute ....

Wednesday ~~For this day !! Safety to our doctors apt and everything being ok for both of us !! for lunch out with my husband, for my husband insisting on getting my car fixed for heat when I said no but so glad he did as its really cold now Thursday ~~For this day !!! Nov 7th 1916 my mothers birthday she would have been 97 yeard old today how blessed I am to have called her mine for the 22 years I had her here on this earth and knowing that she is happy and in heaven and has been there for 33 brithdays what a celebration .....A Godly mothers love ...........how blessed.... for kindness of LC cooking on her day off and bringing for me to take to our ladies bible study, for all the ladies in bible study and for Brenda T. telling me how she enjoyed hearing me tell of hearing the voice of GOD , what a blessing each of these sisters are to me , Friday ~~For this day !!! for a busy day at work, for opening the door to our house and feeling warmth, love and as the saying goes there is no place like home ....just for a few minutes of quitness.....thankful for every gift from GOD Saturday ~~~For this day !!! morning coffee brought to my bedside with a kiss and hug , for every morning of every day the hugs the kisses of good morning and to just lay in bed and be lazy for a few minutes, kind customers that dont mind hours of wait time ....for sunshine, blue skies, for colors that GOD has given us to see, Sunday ~~For this day !!! being in church with some brother/sister friends from years back when we used to worship together, for Jerry's song the anchor holds ~~its blessed me ~~ , Thankful that the anchor holds, for Sarah's email to me how it brought me to tears ~~thank you Lord for using my words on FB to help others,

 Tuesday ~~~For this day !!! CW's early wake up around 5 am and bringing me coffee to bed , for his safety in his travels to O.R. and back , for him thinking of me and dropping off a subway sandwich for lunch, for apples and all fruit ,

Thursday ~~For this day !!!for our ladies bible study that we can come together pray, and share what GOD is doing in our life and how we understand the weeks lesson, for sharing, for caring, for having two pair of pants to wear in the cold weather, getting heat at work

Saturday ~~For this day !! trying to start each day upon waking to say "thank you Lord" I miss it a lot of mornings but I know that GOD knows my heart, for nightly devotionals and reading them to Champion, for all the nights of "Good night I love you " and "Good morning I love you" for the special love between husband and wife that my husband is truly my best friend for hearing Conner enjoy his friends and their little party last night =Kids laughter makes my heart smile

Another beautiful morning as the sun come up the sky was breath taking beautiful, the pink the blues, what a artist GOD is !, Walking at the park on lunch with Carolyn, seeing many people we knew out on the track as well the smiles, the laughs, for Reading GOD's word, For Sandy and her sharing her journey thus far, Wednesday ~~For this day !!! For rain that makes me appreciate the sunshine, for Boony hats to wear in the rain, for GODs love, mercy and forgiveness that's new and fresh each day !!! Thursday ~~For this day !! for the begining of my four day weekend, cleaning our master closet, for our ladies bible study, for the fellowship with my sister friends, Friday ~~for this day !! another day I am blessed with as we enjoying sleeping in until about seven for Lisa's kind hearat to open her house and friends to me so we could have a little coffee get together and host a coffee party Saturday~~~For this day !! Maragret allowing me to store some clothes for a yard sale at her place, for the feeling of super tired but still the strenght to go on to clean our bedroom and the two bathrooms after this long day of super strenght work thank you Lord for the stength . For Sunday worship at the little baptist church I have started attedning ~~Happy as a pumpkin to get to enjoy four days off for each night of my bible study Thank you Lord for your many many blessings on this gal !!

Four Day Weekend

Thursday morning started just to clean and freshened the closet in our bedroom
with everything out its a breeze to wipe down walls and ceiling. Yelp this part was the breeze .
As you can see we sure had a mess on our bed so I went into a dehoarding mode
dehoarded clothes. So by Saturday I had moved all these thing what seemed like a zillion times I moved items to the garage to cars to take for someone to have a yard sale can I say by Saturday evening I was pooped , and yes pooped would a capital P! Guess what ? Our closet is clean not as junked up as before with so many totes Maybe , just maybe tomorrow evening I might feel another dehoarding mode coming on :>) Don't you just love the smell of clean like as in Pine sol clean............ so with this I ask what can I keep in our closet to make our closet smell clean all the time the best air freshener you have found or something else please let me know.br />

 6938 Monday ~~~For this day !! Thankful for shelter from the rain last night, those blue eyes I see each morning bringing me coffee to my bedside = LOVE , for our loving dog that comes crawling up by my side in bed early to be loved on as this is all he wanted just to have me talk and love on him, with this I am reminded that all GOD wants is for us to come crawl up in his lap and talk to him just for him to love on us and us to love on him ...how blessed I am to be reminded of this

Tuesday ~~~for the gift of today !!! Thankful for the beauty of the day , the sunset I see each night as I lock the doors at work is beautiful , nightly devotionals, studying Nehemiah praying GOD would open my eyes, showimg me what I need from this study , For a husband that cooked supper and washes the dishes I am blessed with so many riches that money cant buy .....most of all that GOD loves me when I am unlovable .....

 Wednesday ~~For this day !!! getting off work early to enjoy this beautiful day the sunshine, the warmth of the day, to mow our grass which I so enjoy its time that I can come to the Lord with prayer, or sing (sing and no one hear this off key gal) walking some at NH my personal track .....Champ and I enjoying the outside porch time this evening

Thursday ~~For this day !!! getting up early doing for my Dr. apt., sitting in the waiting home wondering how I would get to have a mammogram with no insurance .....I must remember I serve the Lord Jehovah Jireh = the LORD GOD PROVIDED who provided this for me in just a few minutes after thinking about this ....~~WOW~~~blessed!!!! Thankful !!!! thankful for sunshine, blue skies,  for our ladies bible study ladies that will pray for the needs of others, ladies that we can share all things with

Friday ~~For this day !!!Mornings with a extra hour before work to do some home~work, for sunshine warm days that I can enjoy each one, for my studying in Nehemiah Saturday ~~For this day !!!and all the sunshine of this warm day sitting outside for about 30 minutes at work , talking with my sister Gaye, my walk tonight walking at home listening to the kids laughter as they played thinking how they will recall those days of fun and laughter in years to come just as I love to recall the fun times of my childhood how blessed I am to have had the wonderful upbringing in the small little town where everyone knew me and my family and we all felt like family in this little town I refer to it as better than mayberry ~~Blessed with wonderful parents that taught me the right things for those molding years that remain with me ...the memories.............. Sunday ~~For this day !!! for mornings to just lay and cuddle before getting up the love of my husband how blessed I am , for healthy breakfast, for kerig coffee, for studying in Nehemiah before work this morning and how he stayed to focused on what GOD had put in his heart to do he let nothing or no one stop his rebuilding and how the lord spoke to me this morning in this days lesson it was truly a WOW moment for the tears that flowed I know that if I am to do what I am feeling then GOD will provide the means to do this just as he did for Nehemiah .... for sharing this with my husband as I have been dealing with this for a few days and showing he what I had just read.....for allowing me to know who wanted something hot to eat ... Saturday ~~For this day !!! The day off to enjoy with my husband , safety to our shopping place, getting fitted for the right size , lunch at Cheddars , laughter as my husband couldn't find me in Cheddars and went out side to see if I had left ...he forgot to look for the curly hair :>) fresh fruit, Asking GOD to go before us as we travel to the Lodge to visit his family, thank you LORD for a pleasant visit, three pounds I lost this week thank you LORD Sunday~~For this day !!! the worship service I enjoyed this morning listening to the songs of praise and the message about road signs along the way ....he brought a good message and the evening worship at a different church For a week of blessings,Lord I am blessed ................

For this day , this week like all other Mondays its a fresh start to a new week, blessed to have another start, Thankful for the past five days off to spend at home my shelter from the elements how blessed I am, Mornings and evenings to come sit on our porch to sit enjoy the beauty that surrounds me to pray, pour my heart out to GOD! knowning that his child who messes up more than a zillion times a zillion each day, he still takes the time to listens, forgives, and blesses me. Tuesday Another morning I am blessed to enjoy time on our porch with just me and the Lord, how awesome our GOD is !! Early Morning

If anyone would have told me I would have been a early morning person some years back, I would have said "No Way " I like my morning sleeping in. Oh what I was missing those years of sleeping in , The beauty I see each morning as I step out on my porch, the quietness before dawn is a blessing. Then the sunrises each morning
 This week along I have saw some of the most beautiful sunrises the blues, the purples, the pinks, and the orange colors are breathe taking beautiful created by the master artist.

Healthy Breatkfast

My healthy breakfast doesn't it look so bright and yummy I am trying to eat healthier along with eating color This healthy breakfast consist of a baked egg whole or scrambled in a cupcake tin you can bake plain or use spinach along with some diced tomatoes bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until the egg is done to your taste. I added fresh baby spinach along with fresh strawberries. Try it.

Confirmation from GOD

I was walking the track Saturday evening as I do most evenings. 
While walking I pray and talk to GOD during my walk, this evening I was
crying over our precious Lady dog.
I saw in my spirit a little boy in a red rocking chair holding our precious
Lady dog.  This little boy was petting and rubbing ladies belly just like she
liked and she was leaning her head on his shoulder just like she did my husbands
when he would be her in what we called the recliner, he could say lady do you want
to get in the recliner and he was the recliner he would hold her and rub her belly Lady
would lay her head on him so sweet as to say I love you so much.
Last night as I was outside on the porch missing Lady so much I was praying as I just ask
GOD if this was truly what I saw in my spirit to let my husband see this as well.
We were in bed last night and Chuck said Glenna I had the most unusual experience
earlier I was in the computer room playing the Xbox and it was as if a fog came over me
and I saw Lady in the lap of a little boy , I couldn't see his face but I could see lady she was
playing with him and he was petting her Lady was so happy my husband said, he then picked up Champion and took him in his arms and said Champ your mom is happy and she is OK .
I then tell my husband what I had prayed outside while he was inside I told him that
it was confirmation as what he allowed me to see.
This morning my husband said does GOD always do this for you ......I said all you have
to do is ask him and he will show you , I always ask to make it plain,
If you are wanting something confirmed "ASK" he will make it plain for you just
as he does me

6908   Monday ~~For this day !!! early morning eye apt/, picking up Lady dog at the vet to find her all wrapped in a blue quilt tied nicely with white satin ribbon, RIP Lady dog you are home where you loved to be, being here today with Chuck , for our porch sitting several times today, love, hugs, kisses, mowing weed eating early in the day  Chuck and I to get subway and go to the park,
for those beautiful blue eyes looking in on me :))

A Perfect dog ~~Lady was just that !!!

Where do I begin to tell the story of our perfect little Prancing Lady Dog

In 2002 she started coming up to visit my husband

as she was our neighbor several houses down dog

each day that she came my husband was delighted

he told me that I have the sweetest little dog

visiting during the day

Weeks passed and Lady as my husband called her  

begin to just stay all the time

My husband talked to the man that owned

the dog and he said just keep her until she goes into heat

as he wanted to breed her

when she did my husband called and told him that he should come get her

that he did

however

two days latter my husband said I sure miss Lady

about ten o'clock that night

maybe 10 minutes after my husband had said that  

Lady knocked at the door

yes she knocked with her food bowl

My husband goes to the door

there is Lady with a dirty nose where

she had dug out to get to my husband

The neighbor told my husband just keep

her she loves you and doesn't want

to stay here

so she is your dog

She sure became our dog

taking hold on both our hearts

with her sweet personality

all this lady ever wanted

was her belly rubbed

and she would flop over in front

of you just to get you to rub her belly

she following me on my walks ,

she helped me plant flowers,

she circled the yard before I mowed

making sure it was ok

she would prance inside just to get a treat

and right back out she wanted to go

She would lay out on the deck with me

while I sit in the sun

My husband would hold her up in his arms as

if she was in a recliner and the sweetest

thing ever she always laid her head over

on his should as if to say I love you

Lady you taught me so much about Love !!! Unconditonal Love You came to Chuck a blessing I know Lent to us from above To teach us to be kind And giving of all When I looked in those bright brown eyes my hearts melts you were so sweet and kind I treasure you your job so big and mine so small For I know nothing of forgives to some of mankind and you only in return ask for a belly rub, a pat or game of flecth , meal and water We did do this with out a problem for you touched our heart and soul my four legged friend you taught me the unconditional love as you have I know the world can be a better place If we can be forgiving and loving to all

Lady you were a beautiful dog inside and out ......................you can just see the sweetness

I truly believe she loved my flowers as much as I do, this dog never
once dug anything, tore up anything like I said she was the Perfect
dog

we brought her in for her to eat her food she would let the other dogs eat her food
as you can see she just wanted to be with my husband the food could wait

6907  For each day this week that GOD allowed me to enjoy what a blessing
I porch sit each morning and again each evening doing my devotionals out on the
porch each evening with my little lady dog ,
Friday bought us sadness with our sweet dog leaving to doggy heaven I stop to thank GOD for allowing her to come into our lives 11 years ago 
safety and protection each day , for LC buying us lunch for several days

Thank you Lord for you blessings on me and my husband this week !!

5K ~~Me !!

I want to give GOD praise for allowing me to
complete my first 5K color me purple run/walk
yesterday .

If you knew me then you would know that I have had a torn meniscus(thank you Lord for your healing touch)
along with moderately severe osteoarthritis in my knees .  I couldn't  walk the track a complete
round last year.

I may be slow and not walk the fasted or that I can only jog a short distance
but hey its all about I finished  ..

I know that in time with practice I can and will do better with each one

A bucket list completed

Also this 5K was walked in honor of a dear friend of mine going though
chemo and radiation now , My prayer for her is that GOD would touch her to be
cancer free. Also that she and I can do a 5K together soon

Bike & Me

The above nice blue bike

was given to me a few (I thinkk 3 or 4 ) years ago

I had wanted a bike from some time

one day at work my neighbor called and said

are you still looking at getting a bike?

Yes, I am was my reply

My neighbor had just bought a new bike

a couple weeks ago

She then proceeded to tell me the Lord had

laid it on her heart to give this to me

I was overjoyed that she and GOD

knew what I wanted

I offered to pay her however she would take nothing for it

I am sure blessed

I rode it that year some and just after her giving it to me

I tore my meniscus and couldn't ride

I tried to ride it each year just couldn't get the knee to work with me

now fast  forward to this year

I can ride

the knee is doing much better Praise GOD for his healing touch

I ride early mornings and late evenings

feeling the wind in my hair and face as I ride

makes me feel like the young girl

that used to ride her bike everywhere

growning up in my little town

that was better than

Mayberry



How to Praise God !

Let me begin to say I am thankful for finding the Multitudes on Mondays as it has changed me to look for little things to be thankful for .
I know that I still do not Prise God enough, I am on a search to learn to Praise him more and more
with each new day.

In Praising GOD more I will

1.. Continue to keep a list of things to thank him for it can be as simple as the beautiful flowers, colors,
the Sun, a child's laughter.  This Trains my mind to stay Positive on the things going on around me .

2.  I will sing a Praise to him , a song that is on my heart or singing along with some music , I can sing
loud and no one hears me on the lawn mower, which works great as no one would want to hear my off
key however the bible says Psalms  34:1 47: 6, 28:7,100:2 , 1 Chronicles 16:23

3.  Closing my eyes and stopping for just a few seconds to say thank you Lord for this moment

4.  Giving Praise to GOD though Prayer , praying many times a day keeps me and you in tune with
our relationship with GOD .I have found when I am outside walking the track its a wonderful time to
pray and give thanks to GOD as its just me and him

5.  Reading daily devotionals is another way to give Praise and be thankful, I like doing my at night
when I can have some quite time during the summer I like to take my devotional , my bible and journal
outside on the deck or porch so peaceful .


6.  Your praise to God is evidenced through your salvation. 1 Peter 2:9 says, "But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.  Praise To God - Do You Proclaim His Praise?

7. I will clapp my hands, even jumping for joy… dance ... David Danced mightly before GOD (2Samuel 6:14 ,the list is endless. We can give glory and praise to our God with the use of our physical bodies, with our hearts and minds, and with our deeds. There are many ways to praise God! No matter how you praise and worship God, it should result in an awe of God's power, love, and grace for me and you .     GO ahead and Priase GOD right now .....Sing, pray, clapp, dance, Praise .....

Family Heirloom

My husband was given this week a big brown box taped with duck tape that said on the box your Grandmothers Great Grandmothers , making this my husbnads Great Great Grandmothers from years ago. He opened it to find a Black worn leather bond Bible , pages yellowed and dog eared from years of use and age. We looked at this bible with careful hands putting many of the worn pages in plastic sleves to try and save the pages from more deterioration. We found the page dated 1872 wow 141 years . Those 141 years bought to my mind , wondering how many times Chuck's Great Great Grandmother and others though the years have read this bible, the prayers that have been prayed in these 141 years . A Precious heirloom for sure

I came home and changed clothes and got out on our deck to enjoy the Sun, as it felt so
good on my skin , After sunning I was able to walk and ride my bike this evening

sunrise, to be able to ride my bike and walk the track, as I walked the track each night I think GOD that I have that time to pray, and talk to GOD I asked GOD something the other night on my walk and heard the answer from GOD love his voice. for others that are giving

In Memory of my Dad Fathers day 2013

The first true love any girl has is that of her dad







I know this is true as I loved my dad,  he was my hero
Standing about 6 foot 4 with that white wavy hair that shined like a diamond
He was a giant of a man in my eyes

He was a wonderful provider for his wife and nine children, not a one of us
every went without , we always had shelter  clothes, food, a stable home life that
was centered around God and family.

As I look back on the few short years I was allowed to have
my dad, he taught me so much ,values that stick with me today ,37 years later
Be honest , always work for what you get, be helpful to others, give to others
Speak to everyone, as everyone has feelings treat them the way you would want to be
treated.

A few memories

There is never a day that I don't think about my dad, I am reminded of him
when I mow and weed eat , He would think I was a lazy mowed and weeder
as he used a push mower and his knife down on his knees trimming the weeds

I think about his love for keeping everything neat and clean, he cleaned his car
every day , he wouldn't be happy with me if he saw my car he would say "you have the dirtiest car I have ever saw and with a car like that I wouldn't want to go look at the inside of your house"
I can remember him saying if you see a dirty car you can count on their house looking the same
I don't think that applies to everyone but he sure did.

He would tell everyone when introducing me I was his "baby" and I would say later Daddy  just say I was the youngest don't say I am the baby  his reply would always be "you will always be my baby even when you are 40"

He was a avid hunter,  I had so wanted to go squirrel hunting with him he wouldn't take me
but I keep begging until one day he said ok , so off we go he parks the truck  and we get out and start up the mountain I may have been 8 or 10.  I was just so excited to be going I picked up a walking stick
to climb the hills with , we get way up in the hill and he says to me sit down right here ,
while sitting there ~~I can see him now standing to  the right of me up a few feet from where I am sitting
 as I sit  I decided to just break that stick I was carrying , CRACK .... the stick went , my dad turned to me and says lets
go I said I thought we were going squirrel hunting he didn't say anything  I keep on and on but I
wanted to squirrel hunt finally when we get back in the truck I ask again but dad why  did we come out of the woods, he then replies " when you cracked that stick back there the squirrel ran off you have to be quiet in the woods " I don't remember him telling me to be quite  but that is something
I never was good at ~~being quite~~ Needless to say I never got to go hunting with him  again.


So today Dad I am over 40 but glad to be your baby .......................................
