I have been counting down to this day

for ........

90 some days

wooohooooo

not that we had such a bad

winter only three or four snows

which I am so thankful that is was

not a bad winter

Spring you arrived on a wonderful

day sunny

eighty five degrees

woooohoooo

this gal loves it

My husband and  I were able to

take our coffee outside

enjoy the freshness of the morning

me being me 

 just couldn't sit still after

a few cups

I just had to get my hands in the dirt

 do some weed pulling

trimming some money grass

loving this day

I know you couldn't tell

but spring time is this ole gals

favorite time of year

its new , refreshing

everything comes back to life

Thank you Lord for this day

along with the new refreshing

it brings to me

at what do you need to ask GOD for forgiveness ...sure was a perfect devotional for me on this day

5359      Waking up early to a dog that knows a storm is near and he wants to be cuddled
5360       For talking with my husband for several hours before we had to get out of bed
5361       For living near a park that we can go after work grill some hot dogs and enjoy watching
kids, the laughter , the beauty , the taste of food outdoors
5362       For a talk with my sister and sister in law today

Hold on to your fork !!

 This week as I was reading a book
I was deeply touched by what a older lady told her pastor.
She had been given a short time to live  telling her pastor
all the arrangements of how she wanted her funeral
She had a very odd request that the pastor
put a fork in her hand,  he was to tell no one
unless they asked as you can imagine everyone
ask "why does sister have a fork in her hand"
The pastor told each one that when she
was at dinners she would be asked hold on to your
fork each time she was asked to hold on to her fork
she thought oh boy the best is yet to come, desserts
what she so loved .
The pastor told each one
her message that for all to hold
on to their forks because the best is yet to come
I have shared this with many in the past few weeks
and have said I am going to put a fork at my desk
so people will ask and I can relay this sweet ladies
story to others that we just got to hold on to our

forks the best is yet to come ...............
Doesnt get much sweeter than her way to tell others of heaven

5291     A beautiful day the sunshine , warm weather thank you LORD
5292     My husband coming by to get me to take our baby dog to get his nails done such a sweet baby he is
5293     Getting outside to get my hands in some potting soil as I have now planted some seed
LORD thank you for the seeds that produce more to share with others I pray they grow and I can share the Hibiscus
5294    For fixing supper for us with enough to take for our lunch tomorrow
5295    Thankful for being taught to share ....what wonderful parents I had Thank you LORD for allowing me to have them
5296    For my devotional that talked about planting seeds ................seeds for the kingdom
some are planters, some are waters, some reap we all have different jobs for the kingdom
Thank you LORD for your many, many blessings for this day

5298     That I could get down in the floor and clean out a ton of junk papers (trying not to be hoarders)
