Brrrrrrrr baby its cold outisde

Its has been so cold today

the wind gusty along with

the cold makes it

even colder

I have all my beautiful

blooming flowers

under blankets of

sheets and towels

and some on the porch

awaiting to be planted

I suppose its either

Red bud, Dogwood or Blackberry

winter

all these have bloomed so early

we all thought the cold days

were behind us

I think my mother

was so right

don't plant until

the first of May 

Cover up cause baby its cold outside

Easter Sunday 2012

I was the first to arrive at the park for our sunrise service this morning
looking at the sky before dawn it looks so peaceful
Our service was glorious it was as always a beautiful morning
that GOD allowed me to see and be a part of
as you can see in the picture below the sun came shinning through
beautifully.

After our sunrise service it was home to get ready to

go to our worship service

this serivce was wonderful as well

the choir sang beautiful

Then after our big lunch of ham and all the trimmings

We were invited to a cook out

Everyone had  a wonderful

time here also

Maragret read from the bible about

JESUS and told why we

celebrate 

then

We hide eggs

when I say we hide eggs

we did over a hundred

the kids had a great time

even if I did get Ice put down my back

Thanks be to GOD

that the tomb is empty

and I serve at GOD

that is alive

Thursday night I experienced my first Seder passover dinner
all the items that were on our plate where things that Christ
himself might have ate the night of his last supper.
We had Lamb, Mitza ball soup, bitter herbs dipped in salt water
wine (grape juice) boiled egg,
During the meal our pastor read different scriptures throughout
our meal telling what each item represented .

Tonight we had our Good Friday service
with the telling of the Christ death on the cross
very heart touching

Thank you JESUS for dieing  on  the cross
for me !!!

Its almost Maundy Thursday

Tomorrow is Maunday Thursday
Our church will be having service
I have attended many Manudy Thursday services
but never one that has a Seder dinner
I will post tomorrow night about the Seder Dinner
what I have leaned about this dinner and service

With this being Holy Week I hope
to tell others about all the services
from Manuday Thursday, Good Friday
Sunrise and our regular Easter Service

Thank you JESUS for all you
have done for me

May your days be filled with
GOD's love

a lazy morning person Chuck brings me coffee to bed each morning and If I say refill he brings
me a refill .....sweet.....I know I say this alot , its something to be thankful for each morning

me to bless someone ......................
