Simple Pleasure

There used to be a simple pleasure party that 

I linked up to each week I miss this little party 

reading every one's  pleasures

I decided I would party 

alone with my simple pleasures 

today's simple pleasure is 

none other than 

sitting in this white rocker 

on our porch 

love porch sitting I think its a country thing 

grab you a chair and enjoy 

some porch sittin...

Birds

Walking the other night as my co worker ran 

I see her running back toward me 

not knowing what was wrong 

She brings this little bird over that 

she had reached down from her run and picked up 

thinking the bird was hurt 

the little bird just sit there in her 

hand for a few minutes then it flew away 

This picture made me think 

of our GOD always  holds us in 

the palm of his hand 

sometimes we move out of his hand 

but knowing that GOD 

never leaves us 

even though we move 

                         Thank you Lord for sheltering and holding me in the palm of you hand

Heavenly Sunlight

Tuesday Morning as I was on the track early before work 

I just had to share these pictures with you 

the beams of sunlight filled the walking track 

reminding me of the song 

"Heavenly Sunlight"

Heavenly sunlight, heavenly sunlight,
Flooding my soul with glory divine:
Hallelujah, I am rejoicing,
Singing His praises, Jesus is mine.

                                                      In the bright sunlight, ever rejoicing,
                                                     Pressing my way to mansions above;
                                                     Singing His praises gladly I’m walking,

This day of walking as each day 

I spend it in prayer and trying 

to listen to what the Lord has to say 

Thankful for the Heavenly Sunlight !!

Alien or ??

The sunshine was beautiful this morning 

as I arrived at work I thought I would 

capture this beautiful bright sunshine

after taking the pictures below I come in 

and look at them to see with one I would post

and if you look at each picture below 

from top to bottom 

you will see this blue dot 

and notice how it 

moves in each picture 

as though it is flying 

If anyone can 

let me know what the blue dot might 

be or if they have saw this in their pictures 

Gardening

I have tried many different things though the years with 

our poor soil to raise a vegetable garden 

this year I am trying flower pots and pallets.

A customer told me they had great success with  

their pallets

Hoping that our little pallet and flower pot garden 

bears many vegetables

Multitudes on Monday Weeks 198- 204 Feb 17- March 30 2014

                         

Trying to count the multitude of blessings is like standing on the shore trying to count each grain of sand
Endless........................................

Giving thanks To GOD these many weeks

I have not lost track on the thankfulness as though it appears from not posting,
I am thankful for each day that I have been given, for these weeks,
 six weeks of being blessed  with safety and protection, shelter, warmth, food
many things that sometimes I know I over look and forget to stop and say
Thank you Lord

March 15 2014 beauty n prayer

On this day after work , I went to our local Park to do my bible reading and prayer
I love walking the track, its my time to pray, cry and listen to GOD.
This day my knee was injured and I could not walk the track however I did stand on the track  and say I will be on here
shortly walking I pray that GOD continues to heal my knee so that I can walk the track


A few weeks forward April 12th to be exact I did walk the track I give GOD the Praise to his healing
touch .....as with each step I take I know he is healing my knee.....Thanks be to GOD
