Mornings at the Bird Cafe

 

                                                      Nothing I like better than watching the birds

                                  I have said many times we can learn a  lot from the birds
                                                    they sing no mater the weather
                                                I hear them sing on cold mornings,
                                                  mornings of rain or storms   they still sing
                            In Psalms it says let everything that hath breath to Praise the Lord
                                      I just bet they are singing Praises to our Lord

My Valentine always picks out the most beautiful cards for me 

the words and what he wrote brought tears to this gals

Winter Blast !!!!

I woke this morning  nice and warm in our bed
then I look at the outdoor temperature of 4 degrees
My thoughts turn to 4 degrees ......I begin
to pray for those that are homeless that they would
find a warm shelter and nice hot meals to eat
Each one that reads this please pray for those
that are homeless and in need of warm food, clothes and shelter

6944 Monday~~thankful for this day and all the blessings it has contained,
 Tuesday ~~For this day !!! 20,075 days GOD allowed me for this being my birthday , Happy Anniversary in Heaven to my dad, Exercising before work ,
 Wednesday ~~For this day ,
 Thursday Happy Thanksgiving to each one enjoyed the afternoon with my sister in law and her family , Friday , Saturday and Sunday for each day
6945 Monday ~~For this day !!! the day off , Safety to the Ridge and back , lunch out with my husband,
  Tuesday ~~ For this day !!! enjoyed the morning at exercise, paying bills =I am blessed to pay our monthly bills
, Wednesday~~For this day !!! Exercise early before work, the warm day
Thursday ~~For this day !! another warm day 70s exercise at sf before work
Friday ~~~for this day !!!!
Saturday ~~For this day !!! to have the weekend off as this was the weekend planned for our family Christmas in another state however since the weather was bad it was cancelled hoping for next weekend to be better I am thankful for my family, spending the day cleaning , cooking
Sunday ~~For this day !!! sleeping in later than usual listening to the rain, for a lazy day
sitting with Christmas lights on the trees enjoying the beauty and peaceful feeling I get from
the lights .....


I have been a slacker on daily thankfulness here at blogger ...I must try to do better as this keeps me
in mind  to be thankful of all things great and small

6943 Monday ~~for this day !! for this day off work means I have a job, thankful for the job, for the warm sunny day that I so have enjoyed walking at the park, for mowing and mulching leaves, Tuesday ~~For this day !!! another day to enjoy off, for vegtables so yummy , for a warm place to exercise . for the first snow of the year that only lasted about a hour, for my sister Gay's birhtday blessed with a super sister . Wednesday ~~For this day !!! sunshine on the colds day so far = without the cold I wouldnt knwo to be thankful for thw warm days Thursday ~~For this day !!! for God's amazing love, grace, and forgiveness daily Friday ~~For this day !! for the nights rest, exercise at South F. Friday. Saturday. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday , Thurdsday , Friday Saturday and Sunday ~~For this day!! and all the days passed that I have not recorded here , blessed to go to Grace Creation this morning and was asked to give a testimony ...Thank you Lord that you took this girl that could never speak in crowds and allowed me to stand for you and tell of your sweet HOLY SPIRIT !!! I have failed these pass few weeek to daily come to blogger and record my thankfulness , however I am truly thankful for each day that has been given to me as its a gift from GOD and how blessed I am with everything ......

Treadmill

The treadmill and me

I love to walk and have walked all spring, summer and fall except on yucky rain or recent cold days. So I thought I would join a exercise place for the winter to help me stay on track. As much as I love to walk its been so hard for this outdoorsy gal to stay on the treadmill for 30 minutes, just maybe I can work up to a hour of treadmill ..until next time happy treadmill walking for those that can stay on it longer my hats off to you !
