Treadmill

The treadmill and me

I love to walk and have walked all spring, summer and fall except on yucky rain or recent cold days. So I thought I would join a exercise place for the winter to help me stay on track. As much as I love to walk its been so hard for this outdoorsy gal to stay on the treadmill for 30 minutes, just maybe I can work up to a hour of treadmill ..until next time happy treadmill walking for those that can stay on it longer my hats off to you !

6942   Monday ~~For this day !!! Chuck getting a good report from the urologist, safety to the doctors and back home, for Starbucks pumpkin latte, fresh apples from the apple place, Lisa getting her job !!
Tuesday ~~For this day !!! for exercise this am. and then walking the track at noon what a beautiful sunny day , for seeing the little smiling face laying on the track which made me smile and for the broken limbs that make me think that we can come to GOD broken, the sunset I just saw as I went out for a minute ....

Wednesday ~~For this day !! Safety to our doctors apt and everything being ok for both of us !! for lunch out with my husband, for my husband insisting on getting my car fixed for heat when I said no but so glad he did as its really cold now Thursday ~~For this day !!! Nov 7th 1916 my mothers birthday she would have been 97 yeard old today how blessed I am to have called her mine for the 22 years I had her here on this earth and knowing that she is happy and in heaven and has been there for 33 brithdays what a celebration .....A Godly mothers love ...........how blessed.... for kindness of LC cooking on her day off and bringing for me to take to our ladies bible study, for all the ladies in bible study and for Brenda T. telling me how she enjoyed hearing me tell of hearing the voice of GOD , what a blessing each of these sisters are to me , Friday ~~For this day !!! for a busy day at work, for opening the door to our house and feeling warmth, love and as the saying goes there is no place like home ....just for a few minutes of quitness.....thankful for every gift from GOD Saturday ~~~For this day !!! morning coffee brought to my bedside with a kiss and hug , for every morning of every day the hugs the kisses of good morning and to just lay in bed and be lazy for a few minutes, kind customers that dont mind hours of wait time ....for sunshine, blue skies, for colors that GOD has given us to see, Sunday ~~For this day !!! being in church with some brother/sister friends from years back when we used to worship together, for Jerry's song the anchor holds ~~its blessed me ~~ , Thankful that the anchor holds, for Sarah's email to me how it brought me to tears ~~thank you Lord for using my words on FB to help others,

 6940 Monday ~~~For this day !! Sunshine on this cool morning , selling some of CW's clothes, for the hot bath where I can relax and get warm on cool evenings, for nightly prayer time praying for others that ask today for what ever their needs are ,


 Tuesday ~~~For this day !!! CW's early wake up around 5 am and bringing me coffee to bed , for his safety in his travels to O.R. and back , for him thinking of me and dropping off a subway sandwich for lunch, for apples and all fruit ,

Wednesday ~~For this day !!! for all things great and small for I know that GOD has given them all to me

Thursday ~~For this day !!!for our ladies bible study that we can come together pray, and share what GOD is doing in our life and how we understand the weeks lesson, for sharing, for caring, for having two pair of pants to wear in the cold weather, getting heat at work

Friday ~~For this day !!! for love of family, for people who show their Christian love by the way they help others,

Saturday ~~For this day !! trying to start each day upon waking to say "thank you Lord" I miss it a lot of mornings but I know that GOD knows my heart, for nightly devotionals and reading them to Champion, for all the nights of "Good night I love you " and "Good morning I love you" for the special love between husband and wife that my husband is truly my best friend for hearing Conner enjoy his friends and their little party last night =Kids laughter makes my heart smile

Friday ~~For this day !!! for protection from last nights high winds , for all five days of exercise this week
Saturday ~~For this day and the start of some time off , a little yard sale , also for a store called Aldi
Sunday ~~For this day !!! for LC giving me a skirt and top that I could wear to church this morning

6939 Monday ~~For this day !!! The freshness of the morning, lunch break time to walk and pray, for sunshine and warm day, the beautiful sunset. Tuesday ~~For this day !!! Another beautiful morning as the sun come up the sky was breath taking beautiful, the pink the blues, what a artist GOD is !, Walking at the park on lunch with Carolyn, seeing many people we knew out on the track as well the smiles, the laughs, for Reading GOD's word, For Sandy and her sharing her journey thus far, Wednesday ~~For this day !!! For rain that makes me appreciate the sunshine, for Boony hats to wear in the rain, for GODs love, mercy and forgiveness that's new and fresh each day !!! Thursday ~~For this day !! for the begining of my four day weekend, cleaning our master closet, for our ladies bible study, for the fellowship with my sister friends, Friday ~~for this day !! another day I am blessed with as we enjoying sleeping in until about seven for Lisa's kind hearat to open her house and friends to me so we could have a little coffee get together and host a coffee party Saturday~~~For this day !! Maragret allowing me to store some clothes for a yard sale at her place, for the feeling of super tired but still the strenght to go on to clean our bedroom and the two bathrooms after this long day of super strenght work thank you Lord for the stength . Sunday ~~for this day !! For Sunday worship at the little baptist church I have started attedning ~~Happy as a pumpkin to get to enjoy four days off for each night of my bible study Thank you Lord for your many many blessings on this gal !!

Four Day Weekend

Thursday morning started just to clean and freshened the closet in our bedroom
with everything out its a breeze to wipe down walls and ceiling. Yelp this part was the breeze .
As you can see we sure had a mess on our bed so I went into a dehoarding mode
dehoarded clothes. So by Saturday I had moved all these thing what seemed like a zillion times I moved items to the garage to cars to take for someone to have a yard sale can I say by Saturday evening I was pooped , and yes pooped would a capital P! Guess what ? Our closet is clean not as junked up as before with so many totes Maybe , just maybe tomorrow evening I might feel another dehoarding mode coming on :>) Don't you just love the smell of clean like as in Pine sol clean............ so with this I ask what can I keep in our closet to make our closet smell clean all the time the best air freshener you have found or something else please let me know.br />

 6938 Monday ~~~For this day !! Thankful for shelter from the rain last night, those blue eyes I see each morning bringing me coffee to my bedside = LOVE , for our loving dog that comes crawling up by my side in bed early to be loved on as this is all he wanted just to have me talk and love on him, with this I am reminded that all GOD wants is for us to come crawl up in his lap and talk to him just for him to love on us and us to love on him ...how blessed I am to be reminded of this

Tuesday ~~~for the gift of today !!! Thankful for the beauty of the day , the sunset I see each night as I lock the doors at work is beautiful , nightly devotionals, studying Nehemiah praying GOD would open my eyes, showimg me what I need from this study , For a husband that cooked supper and washes the dishes I am blessed with so many riches that money cant buy .....most of all that GOD loves me when I am unlovable .....

 Wednesday ~~For this day !!! getting off work early to enjoy this beautiful day the sunshine, the warmth of the day, to mow our grass which I so enjoy its time that I can come to the Lord with prayer, or sing (sing and no one hear this off key gal) walking some at NH my personal track .....Champ and I enjoying the outside porch time this evening

Thursday ~~For this day !!! getting up early doing for my Dr. apt., sitting in the waiting home wondering how I would get to have a mammogram with no insurance .....I must remember I serve the Lord Jehovah Jireh = the LORD GOD PROVIDED who provided this for me in just a few minutes after thinking about this ....~~WOW~~~blessed!!!! Thankful !!!! thankful for sunshine, blue skies,  for our ladies bible study ladies that will pray for the needs of others, ladies that we can share all things with
for Marie such a wonderful plain and simple person that I so love her and her sweet fun personality

Friday ~~For this day !!!Mornings with a extra hour before work to do some home~work, for sunshine warm days that I can enjoy each one, for my studying in Nehemiah Saturday ~~For this day !!!and all the sunshine of this warm day sitting outside for about 30 minutes at work , talking with my sister Gaye, my walk tonight walking at home listening to the kids laughter as they played thinking how they will recall those days of fun and laughter in years to come just as I love to recall the fun times of my childhood how blessed I am to have had the wonderful upbringing in the small little town where everyone knew me and my family and we all felt like family in this little town I refer to it as better than mayberry ~~Blessed with wonderful parents that taught me the right things for those molding years that remain with me ...the memories.............. Sunday ~~For this day !!! for mornings to just lay and cuddle before getting up the love of my husband how blessed I am , for healthy breakfast, for kerig coffee, for studying in Nehemiah before work this morning and how he stayed to focused on what GOD had put in his heart to do he let nothing or no one stop his rebuilding and how the lord spoke to me this morning in this days lesson it was truly a WOW moment for the tears that flowed I know that if I am to do what I am feeling then GOD will provide the means to do this just as he did for Nehemiah .... for sharing this with my husband as I have been dealing with this for a few days and showing he what I had just read.....for allowing me to know who wanted something hot to eat ... Thankful for the nights that turned into mornings, the likes that turned into loves, for the friends that turned into family, the dreams that have become a reality,

Thursday ~~For this day !! I know my list is simple and many repeated but how can I not say thanks for the little things as they are as important as the bigger ones, Thankful for a walking track close to work that I can walk during lunch, for our ladies bible study and the ladies that are my sister/friend ones that will pray with me cry with me and laugh with me Friday ~~For this day !!! another day to walk the track walking on lunch , choosing healthier choices Thankful that GOD has helped me each step , each mile, each pound ............... Saturday ~~For this day !!! The day off to enjoy with my husband , safety to our shopping place, getting fitted for the right size , lunch at Cheddars , laughter as my husband couldn't find me in Cheddars and went out side to see if I had left ...he forgot to look for the curly hair :>) fresh fruit, Asking GOD to go before us as we travel to the Lodge to visit his family, thank you LORD for a pleasant visit, three pounds I lost this week thank you LORD Sunday~~For this day !!! the worship service I enjoyed this morning listening to the songs of praise and the message about road signs along the way ....he brought a good message and the evening worship at a different church For a week of blessings,Lord I am blessed ................
