My Simple Pleasure
I am a lover of nature
all the beauty that GOD
allows me to see
and to care for
just this week
I walked out
saw that my roses
were dew kissed
when I see this
I think that GOD
has just come by
and kissed the roses
that he allows me to care for
How blessed we are
to care for
his creation
My pleasure is simple
however working in my
flowers is a awesome
pleasure
Thanks to Dayle for allowing us to stop and share
all the simple things that make life grand
its in the simplicity of life that we
find are the best pleasures

Talking of flowers and gardens always reminds me of my mum, and how much she loves her garden. She is really good at growing plants.
ReplyDeleteVad vackert du skriver! När jag plockar i hemmet och trädgården känns det som jag vårdar inte blott för mig utan även de gåvor som mig gives för att en tid få nyttja. Önskar dig allt gott! Zinnia
ReplyDeleteI have two balconies and do my best to have plants but the weather isn't always cooperative. Lots of sand storms and extreme heat make it quite difficult but I keep trying. :) Enjoy your roses. Tammy
ReplyDeleteThink there is a theme this week on flowers and gardens. :) Lovely photo and spring always reminds me it is such a special time of year to enjoy God's artistry.

Cindy
Love the photo of your Rose...Your flowers are always gorgeous!
ReplyDeletePerfect picture.
ReplyDeleteI'm impressed that you have roses. I barely have leaves.
God's handiwork is unmatched. Gorgeous photo.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Rose and photo! Yes, taking the time to slow down and appreciate God's handiwork is a wonderful Simple Pleasure.

So lovely!
ReplyDeleteThe colour of your rose is very pretty, Glenna.
I love to see dew or raindrops on my flowers, too.
blessings..Trish
You got a fantastic shot of that God kissed rose! I love it. I confess to loving to enjoy God's creation more than I enjoy working it.
ReplyDeleteSigh.
