First let me say that I am a born again christian and try to follow what JESUS would have me do ..I fail him daily, yet he picks me up and says try again my child !!!! knowing that he is closer to me than the air I breathe !that I am just dust designed by my Redeemer!! Remember when reading my blogs they are not wrote correct but from the heart ! I need lessons in writing correctly and making these interesting. I grew up in a small town and everyone knowing my family to come to a state with my husband that I knew almost no one I will say after 23 years its still hard ...I love to go back to KY as its where most of my family are I come from a large family of 9 me being the 9th ... Some of my interest are Genealogy , Landscaping, photography , love watching HGTV and now learning to Blog Again keep in mind all my posts are from the heart.. I love to laugh love being around good old friends and family I want enjoy each day as each day is a gift from the Master Creator !! my motto is I remain 29 forever !!!!! :)

Grasshoppers or Giants what will we be

Grasshoppers or Giants 
Thinking about the little grasshoppers 
along with the giants 
in Numbers 13
The Lord spoke to Moses
and told him to send men 
to search the land of Canaan 
what they found was a land of large 
fruit , milk and honey 
the men said they are so big they are giants compared to us 
thinking upon this since yesterday 
how if in our day we too would have been scared,
with GOD helping us as a  grasshopper 
we too can be giants for the LORD
we can take that stand to be a witness to tell others 
of the love , share what GOD has done for us 
we are in a battle of being that grasshopper or trying to be  the giant

I thought of this song
Little David wasn't afraid he shook off his armor
and was clothed with the power of GOD
I must try to be that giant

    I don't know if you noticed, but they layout of your words here are in the shape of a boat with the sails on top. I smiled thinking how we just need to step out of the boat and take His hand and we will become more like a giant instead of the little grasshopper on the boat.

    This was good! I'm going to try to be a better giant with you:)
