Our pastor was telling about a whistle in the children's message today and how it can save someones life out there if they are lost
He had some one to go to the parking lot and blow this whistle to see if we could hear it , indeed we did !!!
He used this whistle to show how when blown it gets our attention
This my friend is just how GOD works
When we go to him in prayer we are like that whistle ~~~he hears ~~~
I thought this was such a neat illustration of how GOD hears us the cries of his children
No matter where we are in life when that (whistle) cry comes out of our mouth GOD is right there
Even though he used this as a illustration for the kids it spoke to my heart what a great way to show us all that GOD is always listening !!!
